1. Terms of Payment
- All payments must be made in advance before the start of each treatment cycle.
- Charges may vary based on individual diagnosis and medical requirements.
- Medication, investigations, and hospital stay are billed separately unless specified.
- A minimum deposit may be required to confirm booking.
2. Refund Policy
- Consultation and diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
- Once a treatment cycle has started, no refund will be issued.
- In case of unavoidable medical cancellation, management’s decision will be final.
